He has led the league in three-pointers for five years – another record.

Curry re-signed with the Golden State Warriors shortly after midnight, Eastern time. That part was expected. What wasn’t was the amount he signed for.
Curry is now the highest paid player in the NBA and makes more money per year than any athlete in all four of the major North American sports.

At the time of this posting, Curry’s teammate Kevin Durant has not yet re-signed with Golden State, but it widely expected he will. The only real question is: For how much?
