“LeBron, KD, and Melo walk onto a court…” sounds like the beginnings of a bad joke you tell your friends after a night on the town, but in actuality, it happened Monday in Carmelo Anthony’s backyard.
No, not the 10-time All-Star’s actual backyard, but at the Life Time Athletic at Sky facility in New York.
Flew to NY just to do so then I'm going back back to Cali Cali for more run! ? https://t.co/ig8R4Sfg9d

Anthony, along with close friends LeBron James and Kevin Durant, were guests of the Big Apple gym to participate in a friendly pick-up game.
According to Chris Brickley, the NBA trainer whose clientele includes both Melo and KD, the superstars shared the court with LeBron’s teammate J.R. Smith, former teammate Dahntay “Curry isn’t a top 10 player” Jones, Thunder center Enes Kanter, current Knick Lance Thomas, and former Knick Marshall Plumlee.
Now, the scrimmage probably won’t become as famous as the one that happened in 1992 when the Dream Team lost its only competition to a bunch of college kids called the “USA Select Team” and were led by Michigan’s Chris Webber.
That will forever be the greatest scrimmage hoops has ever seen.
