For as much as Russell Westbrook’s name was all over sports radio talk shows, the Internet, and network sports coverage, it was absent from somewhere else: ads.

That is, until now.

The NBA Most Valuable Player finalist, like pretty much every other NBA superstar, has his own sneaker, courtesy of Nike, which is just as innovative as you’d expect from someone as Westbrook.

But little by little, Westbrook seems to be getting some sponsored love. Tumi Travel, who makes the claim as the “leading international business, accessory and travel lifestyle brand” has signed the triple-double machine on as an endorser.

His out-of-the-box fashion sense and don’t give a damn attitude may rub some people the wrong way, not for one True Religion who signed Westbrook on to a signature collection which he co-designs.

But it could be an explanation as to why you may not see his face plastered anywhere except for magazine covers.
