As the 2017 NBA Draft is quickly approaching, we can only speculate that the Philadelphia 76ers, who traded this year’s No. 3 overall pick and next year’s first-round selection to Boston in exchange for this year’s top pick, will do what is expected and draft PG Markelle Fultz out of Washington.

We at SportsHeist have said all along that we weren’t comfortable with the Sixers selecting another forward with the third overall pick and repeatedly skipped Kansas F Josh Jackson in order to give them Malik Monk instead in our mock drafts.

Could the Sixers decide at the last minute to take Lonzo Ball (UCLA) or De’Aaron Fox (Kentucky) instead? Anything’s possible, but the fans have been trusting the process and it’s time that their┬ápatience pays off.

We’ve decided to give you a look back at the company Fultz will join as the first player selected in the NBA Draft. Here are the last 25 years of No. 1 overall picks.
